All public versions of RizKharj, newest first, with the date they reached users and the main changes. The full release notes for each version are also in the app under Settings › About › What's new.
·Released on: Web app; App Store and Google Play to follow
New “Assets” section: gold, coins, bitcoin, property or anything else with its own unit, quantity, price and currency; the total is shown separately in your main currency and is not added to the account balance.
A transaction dated in the future is no longer logged right away and doesn’t touch any balance: it waits on the new “Planned payments” page (overdue red, today green, coming up blue) until you confirm it on the day. Repeats every 1–4 weeks or 1–12 months.
Exchange rates for currencies with a reliable source are fetched automatically; a rate you typed is never changed, and toman and rial stay manual. The debts total now includes foreign-currency debts.
Savings and investment accounts with grouping and your own order, accounts left out of the total, and an icon picker with search in three languages.
Version 1.23.2
·Released on: Web app; App Store and Google Play to follow
Restoring a backup is more robust: if iOS hands over nothing after the file picker, the app says so and offers “Paste a backup”; password-protected backups work there too.
Version 1.23.1
·Released on: Web app; App Store (submitted 17 October 2026); Google Play closed test
The total balance now converts every account that has an exchange rate into your main currency and adds it up (shown with ≈); each currency keeps its own line underneath, and a currency without a rate is not added.
In the iOS and Android apps the store’s own rating card may appear once after a number of saved transactions: no extra screen, at most once every few months.
Version 1.23.0
·Released on: Web app; App Store (submitted 15 October 2026); Google Play closed test
RizKharj is now completely free: everything that used to be Pro is open to everyone, with no ads and no subscription. Optional tips (Settings › Support RizKharj) go through the App Store or Google Play and unlock nothing; earlier buyers of RizKharj Pro keep everything.
Money rules: the total balance adds up only accounts in your main currency, other currencies are listed separately with an approximate value; any transaction or debt can be in another currency; exchange rates can be entered in either direction; reports and budgets no longer count amounts without an exchange rate 1:1.
With Persian, the screen no longer mirrors by default (the right-to-left layout stays available under Settings › General); smooth transitions between tabs and settings pages.
Fixes from tester reports and a full review: typing 24000 no longer turns into 2.40, exchange rates are saved as you type, automatic backup never replaces your iCloud/Drive copy with empty or older data, and bank statement import keeps each row's currency.
Version 1.22.0
·Released on: Web app 5 October 2026; App Store 12 October 2026
Rial and toman add up correctly: 10 rial = 1 toman. A rial account under a toman main currency used to be counted 1:1, so the total showed ten times too much.
If an account's currency has no exchange rate yet, Home tells you and takes you to the rates with one tap; the account card says "No exchange rate".
Correcting a balance is easier: enter the current balance your bank shows and the opening balance is worked out for you.
Tappable things are easier to spot, and the Exchange rates page works again.
Version 1.21.0
·Released on: Web app
Flexible recurring transactions: pay early or late, confirm with a different amount or date, and edit a rule's amount, next date, account, category or note; recorded transactions stay as they are.
If you already entered the same payment by hand, confirming the reminder offers to link it so it is not counted twice.
In the Shamsi view, monthly repeats in francs and other non-toman currencies follow Gregorian months, so rent due on the 1st stays on the 1st.
The app is called RizKharj in every language, including the home-screen icon.
Version 1.20.0 Not released
·Released on: Not released
Built as a store release with an optional one-time Pro purchase, but never published: 1.21.0 replaced it the same day.
Version 1.19.0
·Released on: Web app
Ready for iPad, tablets and foldables: the iOS app is now universal and installs on iPad with all orientations, Split View, Slide Over and Stage Manager; Android supports tablets, foldables, Chromebooks and multi-window.
Desktop and iPad layout for the web app: a sidebar, a wider main column and a side panel where forms and details open (1.18.0).
Separate books, for example personal and work, each with its own accounts, categories, budgets and transactions (1.18.0).
Debt payoff plan: loans and money owed to people, ordered smallest first or most expensive first, with your debt-free date (1.18.0).
Version 1.17.5
·Released on: Web app (first public release of the features built in 1.6.0 to 1.17.5)
Automatic backup and sync through your own iCloud Drive or Google Drive, a backup file password (AES-256) and unlocking with Face ID / Touch ID.
Home-screen widget and Siri shortcut, a bills calendar with due-date reminders, advanced reports with PDF export, loans and instalments, and a family mode.
Bank statement import (CSV, camt.053) and import from other apps; tags, split expenses, several receipt photos per transaction, one-tap ECB exchange rates, budget carry-over and a calendar view of transactions.
Fix: a blank phone takes the cloud file when automatic backup is switched on, so an empty state never overwrites it.
Version 1.5.2
·Released on: Web app
PIN: the dots now fill as you type when setting a PIN (they were invisible on the web).
Removing the PIN, erasing data from the lock screen and "erase everything" ask for a second confirmation.
Version 1.5.1
·Released on: Web app; App Store
The app starts empty: the sample entries and demo person created by earlier versions are removed automatically. Your own data is untouched.
Reports over 6 months, 12 months or a custom range; a rebuilt quick tour; rating and sharing straight from the app (1.5.0).
Entry form in a natural order (amount, pay from, date, category), four favourite categories always visible, reorder and sort by usage (1.3.0, 1.4.0).
"Forgot your PIN?" on the lock screen, backups no longer contain the PIN, and a weekly backup reminder (1.1.3 to 1.2.1).
Version 1.1.1
·Released on: App Store (first release, approved 20 September 2026); web app
First release of RizKharj on the App Store for iPhone.
Welcome screen on first launch: choose language, main currency and calendar, suggested from the device language and country.
New version numbering: major.feature.fix (the earlier web versions 1.0 to 1.7 became 1.0.0 to 1.0.7).
From the 1.0.x web versions: 156 currencies with one currency per account, an Android edition, iPhone-style settings, net worth with savings and debts shown separately.
Version 1.0.0
·Released on: Web app
First release of RizKharj as a web app: income and expenses, bank, cash and card accounts each in its own currency, transfers, sub-categories, monthly and weekly budgets, savings goals, debts, recurring entries with reminders, receipt photos and backups.
Three languages (Persian, German, English), Shamsi and Gregorian calendars, dark mode, and a calm Settings screen with an About section (help, privacy, terms, licences).
